About The Position

The PMO Intern will support the Corporate Project Management Office in executing strategic initiatives to further organizational goals being worked by the Corp PMO. This role provides exposure to project governance, reporting, and process improvement while developing professional skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an Accredited University
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong flexibility and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning and tracking, including maintaining project schedules, status reports, and documentation.
  • Support data collection and analysis for various project initiatives, process improvements, and dashboards.
  • Participate in project meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by researching best practices and recommending enhancements.
  • Complete assigned short-term and long-term projects in partnership with a mentor or manager.
