REPORTS TO: Corporate Payroll Manager
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE: Two years payroll processing (preferably ADP) experience required. Strong organizational skills and general accounting background preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS: Able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily/weekly input of payroll data on timekeeping software and payroll software.
• Ensures payroll tax filings are done timely and accurately by outside service.
• Performs all other related payroll duties as assigned.
• Performs other accounting duties as assigned.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations
• Verifies timekeeping records and maintains time and attendance records
• Prepares checks for distribution
• Generates and verifies payroll reports out of the system.
• Assists with payroll audits and year end processing.
• Processes payroll at additional out of state properties.
