A little about this position: Answers and routes high volume of incoming calls in a clear and professional manner. Provides exceptional customer service when greeting all visitors and responding to employees and guests needing assistance. Assists with high-volume employee onboarding. Performs general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, mail sorting, copying, and faxing supporting the Human Resource Department. This is an entry level, Seasonal hourly position with high volume employee and guest interaction.

Requirements

  • High school graduate/GED required. Some college or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in an office environment, preferably in a reception or switchboard operator position.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • High level of confidence and accuracy.
  • Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of all aspects of ski area operations preferred.
  • Some Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
