At Greencroft Communities, youll partner with leadership to: Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, and employee relations Assist with salary benchmarking and job structure development Help ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices Contribute to training, policy updates, and organizational initiatives Youll work closely with the CHRO while also building strong relationships with campus teams. Were looking for someone who is: Experienced in HR leadership or supervision Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Comfortable working across multiple HR functions

Requirements

• Experienced in HR leadership or supervision
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable working across multiple HR functions
• Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
• HR leadership experience, including supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• SHRM certification preferred
