About The Position

IST Management is seeking a Corporate Office Manager (Facility Services, Conceirge, Hospitality, Front Desk and Mail Services) to join the Dallas team! We are seeking professional candidates who are ready to grow within our organization. This is a full time, direct hire position handling conceirge, hospitaliy and facility assistance, as well as supervision of our on-site team. Ideal candidates have prior Corporate office management or Facilities related experience, possess a customer service mindset, and are ready to grow in their office services career! Prior supervisor or management experience a plus. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, Pet Insurance and Bonus Incentives Hourly Compensation: 23.00-26.00 Schedule: Monday-Friday 7"30am-5:00pm. No nights or weekends!

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates must have experience in a Corporate/Law firm environment and the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors.
  • They must possess excellent communication skills, and are ready to grow in their professional career.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisor or management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
  • Experience working with Corporate Executives and Chief Officers
  • Management experience preferred as this position will have 1 direct report.
  • Manage the end user experience from the moment a client or end user walks on-site.
  • High level hospitality - to include stocking kitchens with dishes, silverware and ensuring a great end user experience when going into the kitchens.
  • Hospitality services: Conference room management (i.e setting up/breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assist with catering orders, other related tasks as needed)
  • Handling and Managing facility requests - coordinating with vendors for repair, tracking repairs and ensuring PM are scheduled.
  • Managing equipment maintenance and up keep
  • Front Desk Support as needed
  • Supply Management and ordering for the office
  • Managing Budgets for food ordering
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from supervisor
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Delivering mail and packages to clients
  • Preparing outgoing mail and packages for clients
