About The Position

Corporate Marketing exists to make C.A. known. As the Corporate Marketing Associate, you’ll bring our brand to life every day — executing campaigns, creating content, and making sure our storytelling, design, and event presence feel as bold as our ambition. You’ll be hands-on across everything from social to tradeshows, working closely with the VP of Corporate Marketing to ensure our strategy doesn’t just sound good — it shows up powerfully in the world. Corporate Marketing exists to make C.A. known. We shape how the world sees us — bold, united, and built to lead in CPG. We’re the voice and the megaphone for “C.A.,” creating the touchpoints (events, content, PR, and culture) that make our brand feel as powerful as the impact we deliver — for clients, customers, and our people. Please note: this role is dedicated to building the C.A. master brand, not the individual client brands we represent. The Corporate Marketing team operates as its own function within C.A., separate from SRW. Hybrid to Chicago, IL would observe a hybrid schedule 3 days in office Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills. 10% travel requirements to aid in client presentations, shows and team meetings At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing or communications experience (CPG, broker, or food & beverage preferred).
  • Strong design skills for a marketing role — comfortable building and updating assets such as decks, org charts, newsletters, and social graphics
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and PowerPoint (Illustrator a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Flawless execution mindset — detail-oriented, organized, and creative. You don’t have to be a designer by trade, but you should know how to create assets that line up with our guidelines.
  • Grit without ego — you’re proactive, curious, and always up for rolling up your sleeves.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and Elevate the Brand : Serve as a core creative partner within the corporate marketing team, ensuring the C.A. brand shows up sharp and consistent across all touchpoints — includ ing presentations, org charts, signage, event materials, newsletters, website updates, and internal communications . Maintain brand templates, toolkits, and visual standards, and confidently update and design decks and capability presentations as needs evolve .
  • Create and Publish Content: Support in ideating and distributing content across LinkedIn, newsletters, and internal channels to share our stories, wins, and culture.
  • Support PR and Thought Leadership: Help in the tactical execution of award submissions and speaking opportunities that position C.A. and our leaders as industry thought leaders.
  • Bring Campaigns to Life: Assist in producing creative campaigns and content that showcase our people, culture, and partnerships.
  • Lead Event Marketing Execution: Plan and execute C.A.’s presence at tradeshows and sponsorships, coordinating design, swag, and messaging to ensure we show up 100% on brand. Capture and amplify event moments across social and post-show channels.
  • Celebrate Our Culture: Partner with the People Team to craft internal communications and stories that highlight our culture, values, and team wins — helping make C.A. a magnet for top talent.
