About The Position

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a corporate associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team . As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients. Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola. You will be joining a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs. Requirements

3 to 6 years of meaningful experience in affordable housing or real estate practice
Knowledgeable in developer representation and financing for residential and commercial projects
Possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
Member in good standing of a state Bar where we have an office
