About The Position

The Corporate Manager, Rental provides the leadership and strategic direction of
the Company’s Rental Department, establishing and executing long-term business
plans for growth, staffing, and cost management. This role is responsible for
driving revenue and profit through Lean principles, operational efficiency, and
the professional development of the rental administration team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Material Handling industry.
• Proven ability to mentor talent and create an environment that attracts and retains top performers.
• Highly adaptable; able to pivot priorities comfortably in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
• A track record of driving results through clear performance expectations and timely, constructive feedback.
• A decisive leader capable of making high-stakes decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute departmental business plans to meet or exceed revenue, profit, and customer/employee satisfaction KPIs.
• Cultivate and maintain key relationships with Sales Management, the Raymond Dealer Network, and sublet rental vendors.
• Lead the Rental Administration team in identifying and securing rental/demo equipment opportunities from sales leads and direct inquiries.
• Champion the application of Lean Principles to drive efficiency and eliminate waste within the department.
• Create, implement, and audit standard work procedures to ensure high-quality output and operational consistency.
• Partner with Accounting team to resolve complex customer account reconciliations.
• Hire, train, and mentor the Rental Administration staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Ensure a rigorous safe working environment by enforcing all company training and safety guidelines.
• Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
