The Rental Operations Manager is accountable for the end-to-end performance of the Tool Rental business across a defined multi-store territory (typically 50–60 locations between Charlotte and Southeastern US). This role owns sales results, fleet readiness, maintenance efficiency, operational execution, mechanic performance, and customer experience. The Rental Operations Manager ensures a rent-ready, safe, compliant fleet, drives revenue and profitability, develops mechanics and store teams, and partners closely with Store, District, and Field Leadership to execute Lowe's Rental strategy with discipline. This role blends operations leadership, maintenance oversight, and business management.
