Milton CAT is seeking a Corporate Power Systems Product Support Sales Manager to join our team. It’s an exciting time to be in the power systems and energy industry, with evolving markets, a mix of old/new infrastructure, and developments in renewable energy and storage solutions. We’re looking for a leader that’s passionate about this field and interested in staying abreast of industry changes. There’s significant market share opportunity for a manager that’s hungry to grow year-over-year revenue and profit through exceptional customer service, identification of proactive opportunities, clear data-supported strategies and effective team management. Note: We are recruiting for one open position and have advertised this position in multiple cities within our territory. Milton CAT’s power systems equipment and solutions support customers in a wide variety of industries including hospitals, grocery stores, data centers, and banks, and CAT engines power locomotives, commercial ferries and fishing boats, heavy duty trucks, fire engines and school buses. Motivated teams have strong sales opportunities due to the power of the CAT brand, diverse industry applications, tech advancements and shifting customer needs we are well-positioned to respond to. This role is responsible for driving aftermarket (parts and service) performance, strategic growth, and customer experience for Milton CAT’s Power Systems Product Support Sales division and team across our full Northeast U.S. territory. You’ll have direct supervision of Regional Product Support Managers, ensuring alignment with Caterpillar and corporate objectives through data-driven strategy, cross-department collaboration, and continuous improvement.
