Requirements

  • 3-5 years minimum of maintenance experience with cyclotrons experience, radiosynthesizers (Explora, Trasis and/or Neptis), telemanipulator remote arms, or similar equipment.
  • Strong soft skills for coaching, training, mentoring to support a wide variety of skillsets.
  • Ability to travel ~75% of the time across the US.

Nice To Haves

  • You have experience in maintaining cyclotrons or similar equipment.
  • You have very good mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
  • You have plumbing experience.
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You have experience setting up LAN systems and LAN switches.
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility, 75% travel is expected.
  • You have very influential communication skills and customer orientation thought process.
  • You have a drive to identify root causes of failures and a desire to make changes for a more reliable future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training, coaching and mentorship to the site maintenance and reliability personnel for cyclotrons, associated chemistry modules, various analytical equipment, and manipulator arms across the network.
  • Coach and mentor site maintenance and reliability personnel on completing and submitting maintenance work history tickets in a timely fashion with all relevant details.
  • Coach and mentor site maintenance and reliability personnel with scheduling work and managing spare parts usage to minimize costs and maximize effectiveness.
  • Working in compliance with all regulatory standards including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies and interpretations of the above as required.
  • Assisting and support the site teams as needed across the US.
  • Monitoring and positively impacting financial and operational performance.
  • Monitoring, identifying, solving issues and improving reliability of the network of cyclotrons and other equipment in the network.
  • Working to improve the reliability of the site equipment by participating in root cause analysis and revising preventative maintenance to drive to a predictive maintenance approach.
  • Incorporating new technology, products and processes into daily operations.
  • Working cross-functionally with support and productions team to successfully implement strategic initiatives.
  • Assisting the other Reliability and Process Improvement Department, when needed, for site service support.
  • Participating in the assessment of semi-complex product and equipment performance and recommend modifications and improvements.
  • Other tasks as assigned by leader.
  • Holding a current valid driver’s license.
