The Corporate Learning and Development Administrator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s learning strategy by administering learning management systems, analyzing training data, and creating engaging learning materials. This position ensures seamless administration of Workday Learning, accurate reporting of training metrics, and the development of impactful learning programs using modern tools and technologies. This position requires a blend of content development, knowledge management, LMS administration, and instructional design skills to drive efficient learning and information-sharing across FNF. LOCATION This is a hybrid role based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with onsite work required three days per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
