Job Description Summary Position Responsibilities: As a Corporate Intern, you will work at Sunbelt Rentals on specific projects in order to gain valuable work experience. To provide intern with the practical skills needed to complement their classroom studies. Interning for Sunbelt will prepare him/her for a successful career and offer the necessary experience to become competitive in future endeavors. The Sustainability intern will primarily support social sustainability and community engagement initiatives through volunteer activation, project management, and community partnership execution, while flexibly contributing to broader sustainability priorities including sustainable operations and sustainable consumer solutions.

Requirements

  • Familiar with advanced functions of MS Office
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • 3.0 GPA
  • Current Junior or above preferred
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive personality (Energetic, Enthusiastic)
  • Project Based
  • Major areas of study may include sustainability, public policy/affairs, communications/public relations/marketing, environmental management or business.
  • The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
