About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support all Corporate functions (tech focused). In this position, you'll be a strategic partner to our business leaders, working closely with them to align people strategies with business objectives. You'll be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the continued success and growth of our teams. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR for your teams, from day-to-day employee relations to long-term talent management and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 2 years supporting Technology, Product, or Supply Chain teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience with compensation planning and analysis.
  • Experience working with a distributed or remote workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing coaching and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, career development, and organizational design.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Talent Management: Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies, including succession planning, high-potential programs, and performance review cycles.
  • Organizational Development: Help leaders build and maintain effective teams. Identify and address training needs, and help facilitate team-building and change management initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work with the People team and leaders to manage compensation cycles and provide guidance on pay decisions, promotions, and job leveling.
  • Data & Analytics: Use data to identify trends and proactively develop solutions to improve the employee experience.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion Wonder's culture and values. Develop and implement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • HR Programs: Lead and/or support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives within your client groups.
