The Corporate Financial Aid Trainer will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of training programs for financial aid staff across CHCP campuses. This position is integral to ensuring compliance with the Department of Education, State Regulations, and CHCP's internal policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Financial Aid, the incumbent will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and operational efficiency, aligning with CHCP's ICARE values. The role requires a strategic mindset to assess and enhance training methodologies, ensuring that all financial aid personnel are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles.
