Requirements

Previous experience in training facilitation or instructional design
Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check
Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
Available to work some nights
Professional appearance

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees
Assist in onboarding, facilitating skills-based workshops, and leadership training
Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and job aids
Assess training needs and collaborate with leaders to enhance performance
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and observation
Maintain training records, schedules, and compliance documentation
Support a culture of growth, continuous learning, and operational excellence
