About The Position

Corporate Event and Workplace Administrator is a dual-function role responsible for helping to plan and execute corporate events while providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-managed workplace environment and enabling leadership and cross-functional teams to operate at maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive administration, site management, project management and/or cross-functional team support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Results-driven with a focus on leading from the front with attention detail and a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability
  • Communication: Clear and efficient communication with staff, vendors, and upper management and excellent written & verbal skills
  • Critical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail to resolve issues, by proactively identifying solutions and an ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time effectively and drive to full completion while meeting deadlines.
  • Customer Focus: Customer service-oriented with a collaborative attitude
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership, including culture building events, larger corporate-wide meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and special projects.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and help ensure strategic priorities stay on schedule.
  • Assist with confidential and time-sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Help streamline processes and improve administrative and operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinate and maintain company event and workspaces to uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and functional use, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations by working with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and facility-related budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Support space planning, office moves, and workplace optimization initiatives with cross functional departments and IT.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and facility-related files.
  • Provide backup support for front-office and administrative functions as needed.
