About The Position

We are hiring a Corporate Admin to join our centralized operations support team in Denver, CO. Where You Will Work Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support central administrative operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Excellent computer proficiency across multiple systems and tools.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Place complex outbound collection calls and determine appropriate next steps based on customer response.
  • Adapt communication styles and responses to support a wide range of customer situations.
  • Utilize AIR’s systems to track data, perform audits, gather information, and troubleshoot account discrepancies.
  • Manage and support stages of the resident payment cycle and post–move-out collection processes.
  • Provide system administration support, ensuring accurate financial records and addressing inaccuracies per Operations Manual guidelines.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues for internal and external customers.
  • Serve as a resource to teammates by coaching, guiding, and handling escalated issues.
  • Assist with training, workflow coordination, and day‑to-day team support.
  • Process files related to non-payment, including eviction and move-out collection workflows.
  • Help drive team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and assist with reporting and work distribution.
  • Support the supervisor or manager with daily operational oversight for a group of customer service representatives.
