About The Position

Clemens Food Group is building the next generation of enterprise reliability leadership. This role offers the opportunity to define how reliability engineering, maintenance strategy, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are implemented across our production network. This is not a role built around maintaining an existing program. This is an opportunity to create and scale a reliability strategy that will shape the future of asset performance across our facilities. You will work directly with plant leaders, trades teams, and reliability engineers to drive operational improvement, reduce downtime, and build a culture of ownership around equipment reliability. The Impact You’ll Make You will design and lead a network-wide reliability strategy that strengthens asset performance and operational resilience. Your work will directly influence equipment uptime, production stability, and the long-term efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This role also plays a critical part in developing the next generation of reliability engineers and maintenance leaders across the company. What Makes This Role Exciting? Opportunity to design and shape enterprise reliability strategy, not simply operate within an existing system. Direct influence on operational performance across a network of production facilities. Work alongside experienced plant leaders and technical teams, solving real operational challenges. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving on the production floor. Lead initiatives that deliver measurable financial and operational results. Launching targeted reliability projects that contribute toward $2M in operational savings generated by the reliability team. Becoming a trusted partner that plant leaders actively seek out to solve complex operational problems. Demonstrating the ability to balance urgent operational issues with long-term reliability strategy. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a reliability leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence and coach across multiple sites.
