Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team! The Corporate Director of Business Development is responsible for all aspects of business development, including volume growth, physician development and recruitment, post-acute strategy and development, and clinical program development to increase revenues. This leadership position will partner with the CMO, VP of Marketing & Communications, the Corporate Marketing Team, and hospital business development leaders to develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities for the assigned hospitals of Prime Healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Must have 7+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field; at least 5 years of management experience in healthcare.
  • Knowledge and experience in program planning, organization, implementation and operations. This must have included responsibility for strategic planning, business development and market research.
  • Strong communications, positive attitude, strategic planning, problem solving, and time management skills are required. Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Able to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, including Corporate leadership, physicians and community leaders.
  • Willingness to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Five years’ project/program management.
  • Post-acute and clinical experience a plus, and experience in a large health system.

  • A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $108,160.00 to $149,760.00 on an annualized basis.
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
