This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our NYC Office (1411 Broadway • 16th Floor • New York, NY • 10018 • USA). This position has potential to extend through Fall 2026. As a Corporate Development Intern, you will support the team in evaluating strategic initiatives for M&A and organic growth. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects and senior leadership, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergrad degree (currently sophomore or junior)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with financial modeling preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry and company research to support M&A pipeline development
  • Assist in financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential transactions
  • Prepare presentations and investment memos for executive leadership
  • Support due diligence efforts across functional teams
  • Track market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate development, and business unit teams to identify potential acquisition targets, synergies, and risks
