About The Position

As the Corporate Compliance Manager , you will be at the heart of Bancroft’s commitment to ethics, accountability, and transparency. You’ll lead compliance and privacy efforts across the organization, ensuring that we not only meet—but exceed—the standards of care, safety, and regulatory excellence. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree, Juris Doctor, or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in compliance, healthcare law, HIPAA, or regulatory oversight.
  • Proven expertise in healthcare regulations, state licensing, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
  • Ability to draft and interpret policies
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, project management, and influencing others.
  • Ability to lead with integrity, inspire confidence, and model ethical leadership

  • Compliance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Compliance & Privacy Programs : Oversee and monitor Bancroft’s Corporate Compliance and Privacy initiatives to ensure integrity across all departments.
  • Drive Accountability : Conduct audits, identify risks, and implement solutions that maintain compliance with state licensing, accreditation standards, HIPAA, and funding requirements.
  • Educate & Empower : Deliver engaging training and guidance to staff, ensuring a culture where every team member understands their role in upholding compliance and ethical practices.
  • Investigate & Respond : Manage the Compliance Hotline and respond promptly to concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Build Partnerships : Collaborate with leaders across the organization to establish strategies, track KPIs, prepare compliance reports, and support Board-level reporting.
  • Promote a Culture of Trust : Encourage open reporting without fear of retaliation, fostering an environment where compliance and safety are part of everyday practice.
