As a member of Johnsonville’s communications team, you’ll work closely with other teams throughout the company to keep the organization’s 4,000+ Members (employees) informed about the business, as well as about opportunities and resources available to them. You’ll also have the chance to work with media to share news about the company and its Members.Position OverviewThe Communications Manager plays an important role in keeping our Members informed, engaged, and inspired. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and process—and who wants to make a meaningful impact on how we communicate across the enterprise. Internal communications are the heartbeat of Johnsonville. In this role, you’ll help shape how our 4,500 Members stay informed and connected. You’ll build structure, improve processes, and make our channels work smarter—creating a foundation that helps Members understand what’s happening and why it matters. Your work will directly impact engagement and help drive change across the business.
