About The Position

The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals. Graduates are expected to start no later than January 2026. The Corporate Communications Department is a strategic function within the company, responsible for managing all internal and external communications to build, protect, and enhance the company’s reputation and brand credibility. The team ensures consistent, transparent, and timely messaging to a diverse range of stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, media, and regulatory bodies. By aligning communication strategies with business objectives, the department reinforces trust, promotes engagement, and supports the company’s commitment to integrity and market leadership. The Corporate Communications Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s communication strategy by ensuring consistent, transparent, and timely messaging to internal and external stakeholders. This position focuses on developing and delivering content that aligns with business objectives, reinforces brand credibility, and promotes engagement across multiple channels, including media, investor relations, and internal communications. The analyst collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain a unified voice and uphold the company’s reputation. In today’s fast-paced and highly regulated financial markets, effective corporate communications are essential to safeguarding the company’s brand and fostering trust among clients, employees, and regulators. By delivering clear messaging and proactive communication strategies, the Corporate Communications team acts as a strategic partner to the business, reinforcing the company’s commitment to transparency, integrity, and market leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field required.
  • Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Support media relations efforts by preparing briefing materials, monitoring coverage, and coordinating responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in managing the company’s digital presence, including website updates and social media content aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across marketing, investor relations, and compliance communications.
  • Monitor industry news and regulatory developments to identify communication opportunities and mitigate reputational risk.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring timely and accurate information flow during critical events.
  • Stay informed on standards and industry best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
