About The Position

What You’ll Do · Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records across corporate operations · Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes · Reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity across systems · Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements · Partner with the Finance Director and leadership to support operational decision-making · Monitor financial transactions to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards · Work collaboratively to strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes · Generate financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements · Support budgeting processes and provide insights for financial planning · Conduct account analysis and ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations What We’re Looking For · Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail · Self-starter who can manage priorities independently · Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial systems · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment · Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams · Committed to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement · Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advance MS Excel skills
