Our Newest Opportunity: The Corporate Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the organization's employee benefits programs . Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Benefits, the Corporate Benefits Coordinator assists OneDigital employees with inquiries included but not limited to medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA and 401(k) benefit plans.

Requirements

  • Familiarity and practical knowledge of benefits: health plans, 401k plan administration, HSA/FSA plans
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and responsive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting, and exceeding deadlines
  • Strong ability to be resourceful; able to solve problems with minimal oversight
  • 1+ year of benefits administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Workday Benefits and HCM experience are a plus
  • Experience with Workday Benefits, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responds to employee benefits questions in a timely, professional manner
  • Assists with the facilitation of New Hire Benefits Orientation
  • Works with benefit partners to resolve escalated concerns
  • Maintains intranet site for benefits
  • Support Open Enrollment process
  • Reconcile and process benefit invoices
  • Update Workday with benefit changes
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned
