Nice To Haves

Background in customer service, healthcare, education, or social services (any helping profession welcome)
Familiarity with virtual communication tools including Zoom
Interest in personal finance, insurance, or family protection planning

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual advisory consultations with prospective and existing clients across Canada
Use Needs Analysis system to recommend appropriate coverage
Explain products and policy details in a clear, compassionate, and accessible way
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process from start to finish
Maintain accurate client profiles and document all interactions in the CRM system
Follow up proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage alignment
Meet personal activity and enrollment goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
