About The Position

Support bankers in the end-to-end deal process: pitch development, financial modeling, due diligence, term sheet drafting, underwriting memos, syndication materials, and closing documentation. Prepare client-ready materials (pitch decks, transaction cases, market updates) with crisp narratives and data-driven insights. Coordinate with product partners to deliver integrated solutions across loans, capital markets, derivatives products and cash management Responsible for evaluating public filings, research reports, operations, business plans, and financial forecasts to produce strategic and financial analyses Responsible for staying abreast of market and industry trends, “best practices” and competitive landscape

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Series 79 and 63 within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
