About The Position

The Denver office of Hogan Lovells US LLP is searching for outstanding mid-level associates to join our highly regarded real estate practice. Ideal candidates should have three to six years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm. The attorney for this position will principally advise clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, real estate financings, real estate investments, and real estate diligence matters. Preferred candidates will have experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint venture transactions. All candidates should have level-appropriate experience in managing matters and have comfort interacting directly with clients. Strong level-appropriate drafting skills, excellent firm credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality are required. Further, candidates should be active supervisors of junior attorneys and paralegals. The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; and paid time off.
