About The Position
We are looking for a corporate attorney to assist a senior member of the department in its Ocean, New Jersey office. Ideal applicant MUST have at least 3-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney and have familiarity with: formation of business organizations; corporate governance matters; venture capital and bank financing; executive compensation; stock or cash-based employee incentive plans; licensing agreements; distribution agreements; succession in closely held or family business; management and leveraged buy-outs; and compliance with disclosure obligations under the federal and state securities laws. Salary commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney
- Familiarity with formation of business organizations
- Familiarity with corporate governance matters
