About The Position

Corporate AI Solution Architect The Opportunity: Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
• Experience leading teams delivering technical solutions, including engineers, data scientists, or product teams
• Experience working with data platforms and modern AI tooling such as Databricks, cloud platforms, and APIs
• Experience operating in cross-functional environments with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to guide architecture, prototyping, and solution design APIs
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and delivery roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GenAI applications, including copilots, agents, and RAG pipelines, and associated tooling
• Experience defining and tracking value realization, including ROI, adoption, and business impact
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide initiatives
• Experience with Agile delivery, rapid prototyping, and product-oriented operating models
• Knowledge of AI risks, including security, bias, and hallucination, and governance approaches
