Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to qualify opportunities, align on strategy/define technical win plans for customers. Build cloud-native architectures AWS [compute, non/relational storage, networking services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB]. Design/deploy distributed systems for real-time applications, analytics, event-driven processing (AWS Elasticache, ECS, Amazon Kinesis, SQS, SNS). Develop/optimize Machine Learning (ML)/AI pipelines (Amazon SageMaker/Bedrock, Vector Database (Redis, Kendra, Pinecone) for feature storage, vector embeddings, real-time inference. Conduct discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, technical environments, pain points. Design/present Redis Enterprise architectures. Showcase how Redis meets scalability, performance, high-availability requirements. Deliver product demonstrations/Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate Redis’ solutions technically/commercially. Act as customers’ trusted advisor, guide them through architecture design, migration planning, best practices adoption. Translate customer requirements into detailed solution designs, sizing calculations, deployment models (cloud, hybrid, on-premises). Collaborate with Professional Services/Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure post-sale delivery readiness. Develop reusable technical assets (presentations, demos, reference architectures, internal playbooks) to accelerate sales cycles. Stay current with Redis’ product roadmap/ new feature capabilities to align customer solutions with latest offerings. Coordinate with Consulting Managers/Engagement Managers to assess service feasibility/create implementation proposals. Participate in “High-5” post-sale handoffs with Customer Success/Professional Services teams. Support account expansion initiatives by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers. Provide field feedback to product/engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customers’ requirements; contribute to sales forecasting/pipeline reviews. Ensure technical readiness aligns with sales objectives, and mentor junior Solution Architects by sharing best practices in discovery, demo storytelling, objection handling. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering plus 2 years experience.
  • Experience to include building cloud-native architectures AWS [compute, non/relational storage, networking services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB].
  • Designing/deploying distributed systems for real-time applications, analytics, event-driven processing (AWS Elasticache, ECS, Amazon Kinesis, SQS, SNS), and developing/optimizing ML/AI pipelines (Amazon SageMaker/Bedrock, Vector Database (Redis, Kendra, Pinecone) for feature storage, vector embeddings, real-time inference.
