About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with the development of and implementation interdisciplinary programming that that align with business priorities and drive engagement with enterprise global strategies. Manage day-to-day planning and execution of ESG/CSR reporting strategy and program management for both voluntary and regulatory disclosures. Ensure alignment with leading frameworks and standards, including SASB, TCFD, and ISSB (and any applicable jurisdictional or sector-based standards). Drive materiality (DMA) and gap assessments to identify priority topics, disclosure enhancements, and performance improvement opportunities. Align outputs with Climate Risk & Opportunity Assessment and the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes. Strengthen ESG reporting controls, data integrity, and audit-readiness; coordinate limited/reasonable assurance activities with internal audit and external assurance providers. Monitor and prepare briefing documents, project and communication plans, presentations, and other materials on ESG policy, regulations, and rating/ranking methodologies; maintain readiness for emerging disclosure requirements and cross functional compliance. Assist with development of strategy, project/process management, and management of external partnerships. What We Are Looking For: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in ESG/CSR reporting, communications, and stakeholder engagement in a global, matrixed enterprise. Working knowledge of SASB, TCFD, ISSB, climate risk frameworks, and ERM integration. Experience establishing ESG controls and assurance processes is preferred. Strong analytical and project management skills; proficiency with reporting tools and collaboration platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear storytelling for diverse audiences.
