About The Position

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). Docusign is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic intern to work with its corporate affairs team. The intern will have exposure to programs across sustainability, social impact and government affairs, and will be part of Docusign’s legal department. This paid internship is for Summer 2026. The position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a full-time student pursuing a degree in Public Policy, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Graduating December 2026, May/June 2027

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to internal projects working across corporate affairs functions, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of the business
  • Research, analyze and share assessments of industry, political and policy issues
  • Develop thought leadership materials targeted for government audiences, including contributing to public comment opportunities
  • Support ad-hoc projects and playbooks on sustainability reporting and social impact programs
  • Assist in the development of communications and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders on corporate affairs programs, including Docusign.org, our sustainability initiatives, and our work with government policymakers
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and client progress, ensuring effective communication within the team
