What you’ll be doing – The Role The Corporate Administrator oversees the day-to-day office operations and supports the company’s compliance, insurance, and risk management functions. This role includes coordinating office activities, managing auto and property liability insurance claims, and serves as a liaison between internal departments.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance and facility management.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, organizing, and tracking usage.
  • Coordinate and organize monthly luncheons.
  • Supervise and coordinate all mail-related activities, including sorting, distributing, and forwarding incoming mail to appropriate recipients.
  • Input and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records for team use.
  • Assist in special projects and events as assigned.
  • Assist in projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or implementations.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of auto and property liability insurance claims.
  • Collect, review, and file documentation related to incidents, including police reports, photos, and witness statements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance providers, adjusters, and legal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of claims and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims and prepare reports for management.
