About The Position

We’re looking for a high-energy, go-getting, Corporate Accounts Administrator to join our Accounting team. Under the direction of the Corporate Accounts Payable Team Lead, the Corporate Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing our corporate accounts New Vendor enrollments. This position will ensure compliance with New Vendor and Corporate Account policies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excel and CSV experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for building process and collaborating with others to develop best practices.
  • Ability to operate within the unknown, in a fast-paced environment, where change is the only constant.
  • A sense of urgency and professionalism, with the ability to ask questions, learn and retain knowledge gained.
  • Hiring is contingent on candidate verifying their eligibility to work in the United States and passing a complete background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • Office Experience.
  • Experience with G-Suite/Google Docs/Google Sheets.
  • Amazon and Uber Platform experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Employee Access to all Corporate Accounts.
  • Manage Corporate Account requests by confirming appropriate approvals are in place to add access.
  • Review daily Termination Reports, reconcile against Corporate Account access, and remove access as needed.
  • Work with external corporate account representatives to add changes and make improvements based on business needs.
  • Be an active partner with any projects related to Corporate Accounts.
  • Manage and process daily Vendor/Customer Uploads for check run processing.
  • Manage New Vendor onboarding by ensuring Vendor Packets, W9s, and payment information is submitted to AP accurately.
  • Update Vendor addresses and bank information in Oracle as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal account holders.
  • Assists vendors with Coupa Onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned.
