About The Position

Overview Position Summary: Direct responsibility for securing and managing the corporate relationships and agreements within assigned IHN’s, IDN's, Group Purchasing Organizations and other corporate accounts as determined by the VP, Commercial Operations and the National Director Corporate Accounts

  • Minimum of five years prior sales experience.
  • Candidates must have direct experience within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, including familiarity with regulated product development, clinical applications, or commercialization of diagnostic instruments and assays.
  • 60-70% as required

Nice To Haves

  • Medical and/or capital sales into IHN market preferred
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health care market

Responsibilities

  • Achieves sales, profit and share growth objectives within targeted IHN’s, IDN's, Group Purchasing Organizations or other corporate accounts
  • Prepares strategic plans to build long term partnerships within targeted IHN’s, IDN's, Group Purchasing Organizations or other corporate accounts
  • Develops and implements the plan of action for meeting these objectives, acting as the overall project lead to coordinate activities across internal Werfen departments and teams.
  • Negotiates and maintains Corporate Agreements for Werfen’s products.
  • Conducts regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities.
  • Provides market intelligence for the Sales organization.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by VP Commercial Operations and the National Director Corporate Accounts.
  • Responsible for complying with all ISO mandated policies, procedures and instructions.
