Requirements
- Pursuing or near completion of a 4-year degree in Accounting or related field, OR 4+ years of equivalent accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- knowledge of Yardi is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial close processes and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger accounting and assist with audits
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and support business decisions
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role
