CORP LEGAL/Litigation Attorney
About The Position
Seasoned attorney with experience in the following substantive areas: litigation, arbitration, mediation, appellate proceedings, and dispute resolution. Will work directly with internal clients to manage litigation and legal disputes, manage outside counsel, develop dispute resolution strategies, prepare budgets and be responsible for risk mitigation, commercial, regulatory and employment matters. Interact with and advise senior management in areas of responsibility. Work on resolution of contract disputes, risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and training internal clients on legal issues. Must have excellent writing skills and must be capable of handling most matters with a minimum of supervision.
