About The Position

Responsible for developing solutions to complex business challenges related to integrated business planning. Drive alignment and synergy across Marketing, Finance, Demand/Capacity Planning & Inventory Planning teams to deliver business results. Drive cross functional change management to enable a best-in-class IBP process. Continuously improve the monthly IBP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections. Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in supply chain operations, business related field, or equivalent in work experience
  • 2+ years analytical experience with emphasis on Supply Chain
  • Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Planning role
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Planning, and Development and Implementation

Responsibilities

  • Support the leader of Integrated Business Planning
  • Provide reliable insights through use of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytical techniques
  • Interpret and present financial projections
  • Develop sensitivity analysis and scenario planning for all potential solutions
  • Recommend recovery strategies, options, and assist with the implementation of solutions
  • Act as subject matter expert of Supply Chain business functions, KPI tracking, and project key milestones
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and address business needs
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, all functions of Supply Chain Planning, distribution/transportation operations to develop and optimize constrained and unconstrained plan
  • Compile and deliver IBP process meeting takeaways with timelines and follow-ups
  • Lead and coordinate weekly/monthly meetings to support IBP process and Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Travel independently to various Kroger sites
