About The Position

Casago’s brand voice plays a critical role in how guests, homeowners, and franchise partners perceive and engage with the company. The Copywriter supports the execution of that voice across national and local marketing initiatives, helping ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Casago´s brand promise. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role contributes to the broader marketing ecosystem by producing copy for brand campaigns, long-form content, print materials, and localized franchise communications. The Copywriter works closely with Brand, Design, and Local Marketing partners to translate established strategy and creative direction into effective messaging that resonates with diverse audiences—including guests, homeowners, and franchise partners—while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Success in this role is defined by delivering high-quality copy on time, effectively incorporating feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive engagement, trust, and franchise growth.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of professional copywriting experience in a marketing or brand environment
  • Experience writing for digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, franchise, or multi-location business experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging copy for: Brand and marketing campaigns
  • Websites, email marketing, social media, and paid media
  • Print materials, direct mail, handouts, and long-form franchise content
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (guests, homeowners, franchise partners) and formats while adhering to brand voice and guidelines
  • Support localized and franchise-specific messaging needs while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Designers, and cross-functional partners on integrated campaigns and initiatives
  • Revise and iterate copy based on feedback, performance insights, and testing results
  • Apply and support the maintenance of messaging frameworks and tone-of-voice standards
  • Support go-to-market launches and franchise onboarding materials
