About The Position

Twin is looking for an Enterprise Growth Copywriter to craft compelling, credible content that supports sales, partnerships, and thought leadership. This role focuses on telling Twin’s story to employers, health plans, brokers, consultants, providers, and other industry audiences — translating our value proposition into clear, persuasive narratives. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop content that builds trust, supports revenue goals, and positions Twin as a leader in metabolic health. At Twin, you’ll help shape how we show up to the market — from first touch to closed deal. You’ll have the opportunity to influence sales conversations, industry perception, and long-term brand credibility through thoughtful, high-impact content.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience writing enterprise content
  • Strong long-form, short-form, and persuasive writing skills across multiple formats
  • Experience writing for decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, health plan execs, brokers)
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, credible narratives
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams
  • Experience in B2B2C healthtech, employee benefits, SaaS, or healthcare

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience with conference or event marketing
  • Comfort using data, research, or customer insights to support storytelling
  • Experience ghostwriting for executive leaders

Responsibilities

  • Write content for business audiences, including case studies, whitepapers, reports, paid ads, website content, and thought leadership
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as email sequences, pitch decks, landing pages, and one-pagers
  • Create conference and event materials, including booth copy, signage, backdrops, swag, and promotional messaging
  • Translate complex product, clinical, and data-driven concepts into clear, value-driven messaging for prospects
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across enterprise channels, including social media platforms like LinkedIn or YouTube
  • Other duties as assigned
