Creates content for a variety needs across Northwell. Helps to tell Northwell's story, which includes writing compelling, on-brand content that spans channels and mediums. Job Responsibility Executes plans for development of marketing collateral materials and advertising. Develops and edits copy for marketing collateral including but not limited to advertising (print, outdoor, broadcast), brochures, flyers, posters, education materials, newsletters, etc. Aligns copy with key marketing initiatives and builds brand through tone, style and content; upholds health literacy principles for patient education materials. Conducts research on topics and data in order to develop factual, up-to-date copy. Partners with team leaders to coordinate workflow and trafficking of copy. Works with internal departments to provide creative direction and communication during development process. Ensures copy tone and voice is captured to support the multiple and specific uses in Marketing (web, print, etc.). Maintains and distributes quarterly spreadsheet of accomplishments. Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
