Requirements

  • Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
  • Experience with copy/print or reprographics equipment (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systems
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of general work experience preferred
  • 1+ year of copy/print or reprographics experience preferred
  • Ability to work assigned hours as determined by management
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. using carts
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume copying, printing, and reprographics requests (physical and digital).
  • Perform finishing services including binding, cutting, padding, and lamination.
  • Prepare completed jobs for distribution or shipping.
  • Operate and maintain multi-function and reprographics equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as replacing toner, loading paper, and clearing jams.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and submit work orders when needed.
  • Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support document production and workflow.
  • Monitor and replenish print and office supply inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with shipping/receiving and packaging tasks.
  • Provide front desk or concierge support when required.
  • Respond to requests promptly and support internal teams with print needs.
  • Train backup staff and assist with process guidance.
  • Proactively support operations and assist during downtime.
  • Handle sensitive requests with discretion.
