About The Position

As a Copilot Consultant (Medior), you lead customer engagements that convert strategy into handson value: from readiness and governance to adoption and continuous improvement. You’ll design and run workshops, shape rollout plans, and orchestrate change with a pragmatic, securityfirst mindset. You collaborate with architects, security engineers, and business stakeholders to land Copilot safely—balancing data access, compliance, and delightful user experiences. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues and contribute to presales, estimation, and scope definition.

Requirements

  • Solid consulting experience in Microsoft 365 with customerfacing delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, plus identity & device basics (Entra ID, Intune).
  • Practical understanding of Purview concepts (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention) and how they shape safe Copilot outcomes.
  • Ability to lead workshops, translate requirements into backlogs, and communicate clearly with both IT and business.
  • Languages: English + Dutch and/or French preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • MS102, PL300, SC300 (or comparable). MS900 / SC900 / PL900 are a plus.
  • Power Platform governance (environments, DLP policies), Viva (Connections, Engage, Learning).
  • Experience with migration tooling, analytics, or CoE toolkits.
  • Change & Adoption frameworks (e.g., ADKAR/PROSCI).

Responsibilities

  • Run Copilot readiness and value discovery workshops per department and role.
  • Define multiphase roadmaps with measurable KPIs (time saved, content quality, case resolution speed) and adoption scorecards.
  • Establish Copilot governance (eligible data sources, sensitivity labels, sharing boundaries, retention) across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Align with identity, device, and endpoint baselines (Entra ID, Intune) and advise on exceptions and approvals.
  • Contribute to a Center of Excellence practice for usage guidance, pattern libraries, and community support.
  • Lead champions networks, rolebased training, and targeted communication waves.
  • Set up measurement (Adoption Score, Copilot usage insights) and drive iterative improvements.
  • Map critical knowledge repositories and owners; establish information architecture for highvalue scenarios (sales, finance, HR, projects).
  • Guide permission hygiene, metadata standards, and lifecycle (archiving/retention) to keep Copilot answers accurate and compliant.
  • Create prompt playbooks and reusable templates for business outcomes (RFP responses, meeting briefs, policy summaries).
  • Connect Copilot with lightweight automations (Power Automate) and approved data sources; advise on Copilot Studio opportunities.
  • Produce runbooks, support guides, and escalation paths; track risks and remediation plans.
  • Support presales (scoping, effort estimates, Statements of Work) and stakeholder management.
