Every move has a story-and you'll be the trusted guide helping customers through theirs. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect: Be the friendly first voice customers hear by running introductory and pre‑move counseling calls Manage all pre‑move and day‑of‑move communication with customers Keep customers informed, calm, and confident through clear phone and email communication Handle day‑to‑day customer service needs like a champ Maintain detailed, accurate move notes and records across multiple systems Process customer files to ensure smooth moves and positive revenue Jump in to support teammates whenever needed (teamwork makes the dream work!)
