The Tour Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Tour Marketing to develop, implement and execute marketing and ticketing strategies focused on a variety of audiences with a primary goal of selling tickets and maximizing marketing budgets for client festivals, one-offs and tours nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years (minimum) of professional experience working in a live music/music marketing-related role, has a strong interest in both music marketing and live music/touring and working at the intersection of the two. This position requires a communicative, detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized individual who will continue to learn on the job, can take initiative and have the ability to work under limited supervision across multiple clients and tours. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task are crucial in this high-volume role working across time zones and territories. The Coordinator will work with internal agent teams, managers, labels, tech partners, ticketing vendors and national and local marketing individuals to build announcement timelines, organize and execute artist-specific marketing, including, but not limited to, digital, print, radio, TV and outdoor.
