About The Position

The Store Experience Coordinator supports training initiatives across all AEO Brands by supporting the planning and execution of field training programs. This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate training rollouts, including scripting and producing seasonal AEOtv content. The coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams, gathers field feedback, and ensures training content is effective and relevant. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Learning & Development or related field preferred.
  • 2 plus years retail management experience, including 1 plus year in retail training.
  • Proficient computer skills- Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other technology preferred.
  • Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, planning and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex and competing priorities.
  • Strong communicator with field leaders and senior management, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Occasional travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of field training programs across all AEO Brands.
  • Support the end-to-end logistics for training material rollouts, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Operations, and Merchants to guarantee timely and accurate delivery to field teams.
  • Coordinate AEOtv seasonal training content from scripting to distribution, partnering with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop clear communication plans to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of training project milestones, key outcomes, and performance metrics, promoting transparency and collaboration across teams.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and regularly collect field feedback to maintain content relevance and support continuous program improvements.
  • Ensure smooth production and on-time delivery of training materials to the field by overseeing schedules and coordinating logistics with external vendors.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
