The main purpose of this position is to manage all safety-net programs, including reviewing applications for completeness, determining eligibility and making recommendations to the Assistant Director regarding the decision to approve assistance. This position will also manage expenditure requests by tracking all requests to purchases, verifying the accuracy of reported expenditures, collaborating with fiscal staff to correct allocation errors, and assisting management to manage and monitor availability of funds. This position will provide programmatic support to the HOPE Team and other members of the System Management Team. This position may require some evenings and weekends.
