Social Media Coordinator (Trading Cards) We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator to own day-to-day social content creation and publishing for our business, with a primary focus on Instagram. You’ll be responsible for turning deep trading card knowledge into high-impact, social-first content: capturing cards on camera, editing compelling short-form video, designing clean graphics, and writing captions and headlines that drive engagement. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in Tigard, Oregon, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to keep our social channels fresh, relevant, and culturally plugged in.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and genuine passion for trading cards (sports cards, TCGs, collectibles, or hobby culture).
- Experience capturing and editing short-form social video for Instagram.
- Beginner to medium proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Experience programming and managing content on Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and punchy headlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment with quick turnaround times.
- Ability and willingness to work in-office in Tigard, OR, five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content of trading cards optimized for Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Own social content execution end-to-end: filming, editing, basic graphic design, caption writing, headline creation, and publishing.
- Program and schedule content on Instagram, maintaining a consistent cadence aligned with key moments.
- Stay deeply plugged into the trading card space - tracking trends, product launches, community conversations, and collector sentiment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs on social media.
- Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality control across all social posts.
- Monitor engagement and assist with basic community management, including comments and DMs.
